Our green-fingered gardeners in Cedar Class have been so busy at Gardening Club!

Before half term, we helped out Cherry Class and did some weeding in the garden, making our outside learning areas look fresh and tidy. Along with this, we have been identifying and naming different trees and their leaves, and some popular British plants. We have also been creating some beautiful leaf-rubbings using a range of different leaves and colours.

After a relaxing half term, this week we welcomed our gardeners back into school. In our first session we have used recycling and other materials to make some fantastic bird feeders which we have taken home to feed the birds in our gardens.

Take a look at our gallery to see all of the fantastic activities we have been doing!
