Science Club
In Science Club we will be trying out new investigations and experiments in a fun and practical way. Each week we will focus on a new investigation and look at the science behind it, this could include making and testing our own designs or proving a question. We will be looking at why and how things work in the world around us.
For our first session, we looked at why things fall to the ground and what can be done to slow this down. We discussed what makes a good parachute and then worked in groups to design our own before testing them outside. We had a lot of fun trying different techniques and materials to see what was the most successful.
